The restaurants located in places where the customers can conveniently find them. The signposts are also well done to attract, retain and give the customers the psychological satisfaction that comes with their products. The company also regularly runs adverts on TV, in cinemas, on the radio, online and also by using poster sites.Associations- the company mostly believes in training and supporting their staff to help create a stable organization. This is why they have invested in developing a team that well understand the important of working in an environment that they enjoy, and in creating recipes that are not available anywhere else. They believe that the success of the company lies in creating an environment that is conducive for their wor kers to produce the best results.Attitude- initially, McDonald's used to be the place where everyone wanted to have a meal. Unfortunately, as people are taking to changing their diets and eating healthy, the attitude towards the restaurants is aching, with a majority of citizens feeling that their products are readily available in other fast-food joints. McDonald's is hence facing competition, and many customers are settling for other service providers (Samsudin et.al. 2011).Attachment- McDonald restaurants had created an attachment with their clients, and the demographics showed that their clientele mostly was comprised of mothers and their children; teenagers; business people, and children. These groups of customers come to the restaurants for their reasons, but from research, there is not attachment do deep that would make them not eat from other restaurants.Activity-McDonald's puts much effort in providing nutritional value of their foods in the restaurants, on their website, an d also on the food wrappers. This is done to help their customers have an awareness of what they consume and hence make informed decisions. They have also taken measures to provide their clients with a broad range of foods, as can be seen with the salads and vegetarian foods that they have introduced (Samsudin et.al. 2011).Of the 5 A's the one that needs most work, in my opinion, is the attitude. The customers used to have an attraction and attachment towards the company, but as their lifestyles change, there is also a change in their preference, and this means loss of business for the enterprise.
